DSCR Cash Flow

  • No personal income required, approval will be based on the property's rental income.

  • 20% minimum down payment

  • 600 minimum credit score

  • $75k minimum loan amount

Fix & Flip

  • Buy a property & receive additional funds for renovations.

  • Pay interest only during the renovations.

  • Pay 25% down for the purchase of the property.

  • 100% of renovations costs covered.

  • Total loan amount must be the lesser of either:

    • 70% of After Repair Value or

    • 90% of the initial purchase price.
