We use your provided phone number solely to communicate important updates, such as loan application milestones, rate alerts, and appointment reminders. We prioritize the confidentiality of your information.

 

Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this specific information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.​​​

Opting-Out Rights

Under Regulation P §1016.10(a), you have the right to opt out of AsertaLoans sharing your nonpublic personal information (NPI). You may opt out by one of the methods below:

1. Email: Send an email request to aaron@asertaloans.com and put “Opt Out Request” within 30 days of you acknowledging this notice.

2. Mail: Send a physical letter by mail stating “I would like to Opt Out of all sharing of NPI” within 30 days of receiving this notice. Mail the letter to: AsertaLoans Inc, 3232 McKinney Ave, Suite 500, Dallas, TX 75204

3. Phone: Call 214-960-0998 and request to opt out.
