A Bit About Me
Aaron Polk founded AsertaLoans to offer low mortgage rates to homebuyers and homeowners throughout Texas and Florida.
Starting in 2015, Aaron began as a loan underwriter at Bank of America's Business Banking division, approving commercial real estate loans for mid-size businesses. He was promoted to Vice President of the Los Angeles region, where he was responsible for originating commercial real estate loans and treasury products for mid-size to large businesses in the region. From there, he gained valuable insight on real estate markets and finance structuring for clients looking to grow their real estate portfolio.
During the COVID pandemic in 2021, Aaron relocated to Dallas to launch AsertaLoans, a customer-centric mortgage brokerage offering low-rate home loans. Since then, AsertaLoans has grown to serving two states (Texas and Florida) and 36 states for investment properties. Aaron continues to focus on serving homebuyers and homeowners in their real estate goals through growth.
Aaron has a BS in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Oregon, and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.
